Whats the 12 week challenge about?

What kind of training will I be doing?

Make sure you check the classes out every week on our timetable. We generally do a mix of cardio, functional movements, free weights and boxing. We want to ensure our clients get a workout and keep your bodies challenged.

How often can I attend?

It all depends on the package you paid for. If it was “Shape it Quick” you can attend any classes up to 3 times per week. If you chose the “Shape it Extreme” this is an unlimited package where you can attend all classes available.

What time do you train?

We have set times:  Monday to Saturday from 6am to 7am and Monday to Friday from 6pm to 7pm

How old do I need to be to sign up?

All participants must be 18 years or over at the start of challenge.

Do I need to be fit?

NO WAY, this is where you can improve your fitness. We cater for all fitness levels and ensure everyone is challenged to their fitness level.

I have an injury, can I still attend?

Of course, we offer options for those who have injuries - BUT, please consult with a health practitioner before participating in physical activity.

I want to do a group session but don't want to commit to a 12 week challenge?

No problem, we offer group training sessions max of 5 people, more information here.

How long do sessions go for?

Our sessions go for 60 minutes, unless stated otherwise.
