Small Group Training

If you are unable to do our 12 week challenge, don’t fear – we have a plan for you here!

We offer small group training (max 5 people). You are welcome to bring anyone along to train with you.  Partner, friends and/or family – anyone who will help encourage you!!

3x @ $20pp

4x @ $15pp

5x @ $10pp

Our sessions are priced for 60 minute sessions.

One-on-One Training

We offer either 30 minute or 60 minute sessions. We plan a personalised program to ensure we meet your needs and goals you want to achieve with us.

30 minutes – $30.00

60 minutes – $60.00
